I would call it a partly sunny area as it does get quite a bit of sun. I was pleased to have it before I knew it was native, now I'm thrilled! Thank you for all you're doing, especially these blogs.

John B.John B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11196850425708897882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3615802895251532423.post-91607580293884291482015-10-14T06:00:59.459-07:002015-10-14T06:00:59.459-07:00Karen - it IS aggressive so its use should be care...Karen - it IS aggressive so its use should be carefully considered before planting. In my shady back yard, it works pretty well to create a ground cover. In other places, I weed it out. It is easily weeded from areas where it is not wanted, but it will try to move to places it was not planted in. This is a case of do the good qualities outweigh the bad? Use it with open eyes.Hawthorn Hillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10879920186201900051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3615802895251532423.post-3079093256564841552015-10-06T15:02:01.623-07:002015-10-06T15:02:01.623-07:00Wow this is rather aggressive on my farm. I live in North Pinellas, so I do know that it might die back in the winter. I am hopeful that this is a new ground cover that I can use instead of Asiatic Jasmine. Just plant them in the pockets of soil you can find and they will spread quickly if not allowed to dry out too much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
