I’m in c...I have 3 different yellow cone flowers. <br /><br />I’m in central Florida, Polk County<br />One is short 1 1/2 ft blooms June- July -August<br /><br />One is tall and stays tall it’s just now stopping blooming in MID August<br /><br />The 3rd one I have… stays low and wide then protrudes upward to about 3 -4 feet it started blooming and protruding the beginning of August. <br /><br />They are all yellow and the blooms are very similar Altho the short one the petals are more slender/spikey <br /><br />I don’t know which is which? <br /><br />I would love to know their names and be able to identify them <br />The first short one, barely spreads. I agree about the foliage being beautiful as a stand-alone feature. Mine are just now beginning to flower (early June) and are doing so fairly lightly with only two or three blooms per plant. I'll be curious to see how they continue to perform as the season progresses.
